普德新星成立于1991年，注册资金 5000 万元，是一家专注于工业开关电源研发、生产、销售的中型民营企业。公司在深圳宝安区建立了全国研发、销售中心，办公面积 3000 平方米，在深圳光明区建立了制造中心，生产面积 18000 平方米。2017年公司斥资2亿元在广西梧州新建普德新星产业园，占地35000平方米。

普德新星目前正式销售的标准机型超过 2000 多种。广泛用于工业自动化、通信、LED 照明和显示、医疗、安防、电力控制、冶金、水处理、基础建设等各个领域。

普德新星现有员工 1500 余人，专业的研发团队 100 余人，配合 5万多平米的现代工厂，月产量最高达 80 万台。为了能更加全面性服务于全国客户，普德新星在全国各大城市建立了近二十多个销售网点，更在欧美、亚太等国家和地区设立了代理分销商。
